	When the file download dialog opens, select "SAVE". (Do not choose "RUN").
	Select DESKTOP as the location to SAVE the installation file.
	If your browser prompts you to approve the download, you must approve before your download will begin.

When the download completes, you will see a new icon on your desktop labeled "LNFORMSSETUP.exe." Installation occurs when you double-click on the icon and enter your user name and serial number when prompted. Detailed installation instructions will be included with your user name and serial number.
